March 30, 2017 Franklin Regional High School hosted their annual Art Show showcasing their students artistic achievements. The MECDC, along with the Westmoreland Chamber of Commerce, sponsored a booth with art entries competing to be chosen as the new banner along the Old William Penn Highway during the 2017-2020 season.
