The Murrysville Economic and Community Development Corporation re-dedicated the land being developed by the Blue Spruce Shoppes. This parcel of land has been a main focus for development by the MECDC since 1999. With the cooperation 
of the Municipality of Murrysville, this long time dream has finally become a reality. This shopping plaza will not only enhance the visual entrance into town, but it also will boost the overall image of Murrysville as the premier place to Live, Eat, Shop and Play.
Those present were: John Cardwell, Herb Yingling, Bill Ferri, Dave Dernar, Jackie Hahn, Frank Weiss, Sue Reese-Hartzell, Greg Hammill, and John Frydrych.
