Lighting up Murrysvil
le this Holiday season was given an extra decorative touch when the Mayor, Robert Brooks, allocated Holiday wreaths from the municipal budget. Nancy Kacin coordinated the project. The wreaths were placed on the lamp posts along Murrysville’s town square.
This area was created from a collaborative effort of the Municipality of Murrysville and the Murrysville Economic and Community Development Corporation. Federal funding from the Transportation Enhancements / Hometown Streets & Safe Routes to School Programs also helped with some of the costs for the construction of the Murrysville Steetscape Project.
